Valheim has been out in early access for a few weeks now, but already, it’s shaping up to be an excellent game. The masses have been taken with it like very few other games have managed out the gate in recent years, and the hope is that developer Iron Gate will build on this excellent foundation to consistently deliver more compelling content for people to engage with. Valheim is going to remain in early access for a while, and hopefully, we’ll see many significant improvements and additions being made to the game in this period, and in this feature, we’ll be talking about some of the most crucial ones we’re hoping to see that we think will potentially turn this into one of the best survival games out there.

CONNECTING SERVERS

Valheim

Given how much of an emphasis Valheim puts on co-op and multiplayer gameplay, it’s pretty safe to assume that Iron Gate are going to be working on stuff that improves upon those elements even further. One particular way they can do that is by giving players the ability to connect multiple servers together. Having multiple groups of players across different servers being able to play with each other in a cluster of servers could be a great way to encourage large-scale multiplayer gameplay, and the potential here for things such as, say, being able to build much larger structures or much larger settlements, would be endless.
