MOUNTS
Travel and traversal is an area where Valheim could do with plenty of improvements. Naval exploration is a big part of the game, but when it comes to land traversal, things can get a bit too slow and cumbersome at times, at least until you have a proper network of portals set up throughout the map for fast travel purposes. Valheim does allow you to tame some animals, but being able to use them as mounts isn’t currently an option in the game. Hopefully, riding, wolves, or horses will be added in the not-too-distant future.
