PACING
Of all mainline Resident Evil titles (again, with the exception of Resident Evil 0, maybe), Code Veronica is the one that suffers from inconsistent pacing the most. There’s too much downtime in the game, too much backtracking, which we already covered in one of our previous entries. Code Veronica could do with a little bit of trimming, to make the entire experience leaner and more brisk.
