Leave aside the fact that finding every single variation of the Neutral Run’s ending requires replaying the game constantly. In order to get the full ending, you have to complete a Neutral Run and start a Pacifist Run (which means not killing anyone). If you want every single ending though, then there’s a Genocide Run to embark on after this as well.
