Bulletstorm
People Can Fly pulled out all the stops with Bulletstorm, whether it was heaps of crazy weapons or imaginative scenarios like remote controlling a killer dinosaur. The game’s skill-based kills were incredible and promoted creativity in battle. Kick foes into cacti, use the energy leash to levitate a squad before picking them off one by one – the possibilities were immense. Bulletstorm managed good reviews and even sold over one million copies but didn’t turn a profit as per publisher Epic Games. At least the remastered version saw better numbers, even if a sequel is never coming.
