Much like Metal Gear Survive that we discussed before, Fallout 76 seemed like yet another greedy attempt by Bethesda to capitalize on the popularity of the Fallout franchise by pumping out a live-service game with microtransactions. Those fears of fans turned out true when Fallout 76 was released in 2018, featuring a bland open world and tons of technical inefficiencies. However, continued content updates have turned around the game’s fates for the better – and as it stands, Fallout 76 is a content-rich experience that fans of the franchise shouldn’t miss out on.
