The battle with Lucien in Fable 2 is so anti-climactic that complaints about it are actually referenced in a Fable 3 boss fight. There’s a lot of build-up to the battle, especially when he kills the Hero’s family, but you simply shoot him (or one-shot him with another weapon) to kill him. Even worse, if you don’t shoot him, Reaver eventually will and even mocks the Hero for wanting to do it.
