Dino Crisis 2
The ending to Dino Crisis 2 is as sad as it is infuriating. Regina and Dylan, members of the Secret Operations Raid Team, head through a Time Gate to save the missing Edward City from killer dinosaurs. However, Dylan finds his daughter there and following a climactic battle against the Giganotosaurus, she’s trapped under some rubble. Oh, and the facility they’re in is set to self-destruct. Dylan stays with his daughter, telling Regina to use the Time Gate to escape and come back for them, which Regina does. You’re probably thinking, “But there’s Dino Crisis 3!” Yeah, no – despite the number, it does not continue the story of Dino Crisis 2, much less call-back to the same (also, it sucked).
