DEAD SPACE
Dead Space is one of many franchises to have fallen victim to EA’s antics, which is frankly a little shocking, given how much demand there is for it. Dead Space 1 and 2 are, in no vague terms, absolutely stellar, probably among the greatest horror games ever made- and there are scores of survival horror fans who would kill to see a new Dead Space game. With Visceral gone and EA’s strategies seemingly having no room for something like Dead Space, it seems unlikely that that will ever happen, but if EA keeps seeing evidence of the renewed success the horror genre enjoying, maybe – hopefully – they’ll want to jump in once more.
