Nightdive Studios’ System Shock Remake was pushed back due to feature creep and thankfully, the developer has re-focused on capturing the essence of the original. Looks-wise, it’s done a pretty good job but there are plenty of other things that could go wrong. The overall atmosphere might fall short of the classic; the scope might still be too big, resulting in shortcomings when it comes to overall polish; and so on and so forth.
