Freedom
You hear open world and games like GTA 5 immediately spring to mind. But not all games are this open and full of activities to partake in. Most open world games these days offer big playgrounds for players to drive around in and a handful of side missions to take on, but the worlds never evolve to feel truly alive, which often makes the game’s open world nature feel inconsequential. Open world games should be about freedom and its a shame that only a few games like GTA 5 got this right.
