SSD EXPANSIONS (PS5)
Here’s something that’s really interesting about the PS5- it will allow users to expand their console’s SSD with off-the-shelf expansions. What’s interesting about that, of course, is that Sony have said that right now, there are no third party SSDs out there that are fast enough to support the PS5- which bodes exciting things about the console’s own internal solid state drive. Is that something most regular purchasers will care about, at least initially? That seems highly unlikely.
