TAXI LIFE: A CITY DRIVING SIMULATOR
With its promise of a liesurly driving sim where you get to cruise around an open world virtual version of Barcelona, Taxi Life is a game with some inherent appeal. It doesn’t do much justice to its oddly compelling premise, however. The driving is rough at the best of times, the game is plagued by AI issues, there performance can be downright horrific, and all around, the experience just feels a bit too aimless and undercooked.
