Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden
DONT NOD has branched out significantly from the Life is Strange series, delivering unorthodox titles like Jusant. Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is more in line with Vampyr – an action RPG where your choices resonate with the story and world state. And though the combat and progression could be better, the journey of fellow Banishers Red and Antea as they navigate moral dilemmas and reconcile their own losses, is handled with a remarkable tenderness. The setting of late 17th-century New Eden is also fun to traverse, adding to the solemn atmosphere.
