Sunset Overdrive
We can understand not liking the characters or expecting more evolution on the open world formula. But Sunset Overdrive is dedicated to style, presenting a bombastic world with over-the-top colours, enemies and effects as you zip around, vault over obstacles and even slide on water. A plethora of weapons, each with different mod slots of explosions, freezing and other nasty properties keeps the shooting fresh. Put them together and you have a game that constantly incentivizes you to pull off the craziest stunts and rack up the most kills. It’s a heady mix that becomes incredibly addictive.
