10. Amstrad GX4000

Any console names that involve alphanumeric codes already seem a bit clunky and not too user-friendly, but the GX4000 fell flat for other reasons. As Amstrad's first foray into the world of gaming it wasn't a complete disaster, but the underpowered 8-bit hardware was completely outclassed by the release of the Sega Genesis only a few months after GX4000s started shipping. Bad timing guys.
