As a new season of Battlefield 6 unfolds in Las Vegas, its makers are already looking ahead.
The server browser and Platoons are coming in December, and a roadmap for the rest of 2026 and beyond to get excited about. Well, things have gotten a whole lot sweeter for those looking to join the chaos of the battlefield, as the Game of the Year Edition is out now and brings a host of welcome goodies that could make getting started much easier.
The Ultimate Shortcut Kit is where it all kicks off, with starter kits for all four classes and items for speedy progression (alongside cosmetics such as the Mortal Shriek Dog Tag and Field Training: Cross Trained Title). There’s also a year of Battlefield Pro (available to redeem at your convenience), which provides access to several Battle Pass rewards, 25 Tier Skips, a +5% XP Booster, and exclusive rewards.
There are also special skins to look forward to that come with functionalities that could prove quite useful in situations that require them, along with an assortment of goodies, more details on which can be found here.
