18. Tiger Game.com

Before there was the DS, Tiger produced the Game.com. Sporting PDA like features and a touch screen, the Game.com was ahead of its time when it launched in 1997 but, as with many machines on this list, the Game.com had no real third party support to speak of. This, in conjunction with a sloppy touch screen and half-baked internet features, resulted in a poorly supported system that failed to meet its target audience of adult gamers.
