Pathalogic 2 is not an easy game to get into, whether that’s because of how rough around the edges it is, or because of its difficulty, or because of its overbearingly depressing nature, or perhaps a combination of all those those three, but once you do get into it, there’s nothing quite like it. The open world space you occupy is masterfully designed, the atmosphere of the world seeps into your soul and refuses to leave, and watching it all crumble and decay around you makes for an experience unlike any other.
