IO Interactive has revitalized Hitman better than anyone could have expected. 2018’s Hitman 2 was, in fact, arguably the series’ peak. Its excellent collection of incredibly designed levels, its vast web of interlinked gameplay mechanics that never cease to surprise players, the spectacular post-launch support the game received- honestly, we could go on and on and on about the things that IO Interactive got right with Hitman 2. It’s easily one of the best stealth titles ever made.
