FRIGID OUTSKIRTS (DARK SOULS 2)
There’s a lot going in in Frigid Outskirts that makes getting through it a bit of a pain. The large area is, for starters, being wracked by a blizzard that significantly cuts down visibility, so getting lost and not being able to properly get the lay of the land is the most immediate problem. Then there are those reindeer with their deadly ramming attacks that seem to jump out at you out of nowhere. Getting through Frigid Outskirts ultimately becomes a matter of attrition more than anything else, but it can still be a testing experience, especially on your first time.
