27. Piracy
This is one trend that is not going away any time soon. Piracy is a huge problem and hackers will figure out a way to play the games illegally [hopefully not], even if Microsoft or Sony come up with a DRM that will create a nuisance for other players. As nothing is unbeatable or un-crackable, some people may unfortunately find a way to crack the next gen games. And it is up to Microsoft and Sony to decide how they would want to play the piracy card, because in the process many innocent bystanders will get affected if they changed their policy on games that concern DRM.
