4. Sly Cooper:
Thieves in Time was released on the Vita was released earlier this year and did pretty well for itself. This cartoony stealth platformer game certainly brings a bit more to the table than gamers were expecting. It was incredibly accessible too, grabbing as many new fans to the franchise as the old ones.
The particularly great thing about this game was that it was flexible. Gamers could play on either their PS3 or their Vita, giving them a consistent and continual experience regardless of what the gamer decided to play on. It’s this kind of flexibility that is going to make the Vita more popular, especially as we move forward into the PS4 generation.
