2. Fallout: New Vegas

Fallout 3 reached all new highs in terms of NPC quirkiness, but Fallout: New Vegas managed to outdo even that. Quotes like ”I’m gonna find Gloria Van Graff and make that bitch eat her hair” and ”I’m all for risking my life, but I’m a little sensitive about my butthole” just cracked me up, and characters like Boxcars and Little Buster brought the game to life. It had poor writing in parts, and some NPCs seemed like they were trying to be funny but failing hard at it, but overall, Fallout: New Vegas was a very funny game.
