Gran Turismo 5 isn’t even out yet, and they’re planning on a GT6

Yeah, so,we’ve been waiting for Gran Turismo 5 for like five years, and it gets delayed every year- it’s almost like an annual routine. Though the game is supposed to be out in November this year, and Sony have confirmed there will be no more delays this time around.

But Polyphony boss Kaz Yamauchi already has plans for a new GT title. And we won’t even have to wait for Gran Turismo 6 as long as we waited for GT5. “Yes. You won’t have to wait as long as you did for GT5. GT5 was basically the creation of a whole new operating system, and developing GT6 will be like adding new applications that run on that new operating system.”

He has revealed that the kart racer feature that was introduced to GT5 and revealed recently at GamesCom was something they were originally planning to incorporate in the next GT title. “This is something we were actually saving for Gran Turismo 6,” he said, “but the information leaked out so we decided we would just put it in this one.

Just don’t make us wait anymore! Please!
