UK Charts: DmC: Devil May Cry is no. 1 for this week

Ninja Theory’s DmC: Devil May Cry has topped this week’s UK charts and has dethroned FIFA 13 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, which is a great achievement.

The UK studio is pretty proud of its origin with Dante having a UK flag on his jacket but that can’t be a reason for high sales right? It’s gotta be more than that, oh wait, it’s because it’s actually a great game!

Far Cry 3 has taken the no. 4 spot which shows that the game has a lot of legs, followed by Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

UK sales aren’t something that is an indicator of popularity though and last month’s NPD sales will give us an idea of how the game actually fared.

Capcom should be pleased with 2 million sales considering it’s a reboot of the franchise. Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
