THQ is finally at its end. In a new release, the publisher has disclosed which companies have picked up its various IPs, and also revealed that the “new owners” might extend employment to existing team members of the various studios according to their requirement.

Combined with new data that’s been released, we can collate which publisher picked up which studio (and which IPs) for how much.

– Sega now owns Relic Entertainment, developer of Company of Heroes and the upcoming Company of Heroes 2. Bid amount was $26.6 million, with Zenimax Media being kept as a backup bidder.

– Koch Media picked up Volition for a staggering $22,312,395 and the Metro series for $5,877,551.

– Crytek has purchased the Homefront IP for $544,218 with no backup bidders.

– Take Two Interactive has agreed to purchase Evolve for $10.894 million with Turtle Rock Studios Inc being a backup bidder.

Rumour has it that as a part of a separate deal, since the license involved is that of an outside party, the WWE series of games will most likely go to Take Two Interactive.

As of now, other IPs and studios like Vigil Games along with THQ’s publishing businesses will remain part of the Chapter 11 case, and the publisher will make “every effort to find appropriate buyers, if possible”.
