Grand Theft Auto 5: Police Will Use Advanced Driving Tactics in Pursuits

The police aren't playing nice (as usual) in Rockstar's next.

GTA V (10)
We’ve already talked about how you can plan heists in Rockstar Games upcoming Grand Theft Auto V, executing things right down the minute detail and fighting off cops using a new and improved shooting system reminiscent of Max Payne 3. However, we hadn’t heard much about what the police would do to try and take you down.

According to a post by GameStop on their official Facebook page, it seems a lot. “Police will use advanced driving tactics or seek higher ground for better visibility to take you down while on foot.”

While this is only a smidgen of information go off of, it reflects that the AI in the game won’t slacken off, especially now that you have a three man crew fighting them off, better aiming capabilities and a bevy of new weapons and modifications.

Grand Theft Auto V is currently slated to release worldwide on September 17th for PS3 and Xbox 360.
