The world is yours to rescue or ruin.

EA showed Dragon Age Inquisition at its recent press conference at Gamescom 2013, and talked about the next generation title would focus on player choice and epic story-telling. Check out the dev diary above, and the awesome power of Frostbite 3 in the Dragon Age universe.

Bioware is looking to create a whole new level of immersion and is aiming to take RPGs higher by giving players more control and offering a world with a surprise around every corner as you explore. As explained earlier, the world is in darkness yet again and as the Inquisitor, you must assemble an Inquisition to the lead the battle against the demons.

Of course, you can also decide whether to save a village or outright level it. Viva la freedom of choice! You can also set Agents about, who will accomplish missions on your behalf. Despite all the openness and choice though, Bioware is focusing on giving players a strong story.

Dragon Age: Inquisition releases in late 2014 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
