Game Informer Teasing Next Gen Game Reveal, “Not Half-Life 3”

Turtlerock Studios' Evolve to be revealed?

Game Informer has begun teasing its latest cover, promising an amazing next-gen exclusive title that may or may not be Left 4 Dead developer Turtle Rock Studios’ Evolve.

GI editor Andy McNamara tweeted that, “We have a kick ass cover reveal tomorrow morning at 11:00AM Central. Next-gen only that I think people will flip out over. For those asking for the definition of Next Gen in that tease, you will find out platforms tomorrow.” McNamara did confirm that the reveal has nothing to do with God of War, Gears of War, or the ever elusive beast known as Half-Life 3.

More importantly, it may be Turtle Rock Studios’ Evolve, a multiplayer title that was to be published by THQ but was subsequently picked up by Take Two Interactive. Community programs designer at Turtlerock Josh Olin even tweeted recently about, “Exciting times fast approaching. #OminousTweet.”
