Telltale Games may be knocking it out of the park, with one series after another – be it The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us and with the recent announcements of Games of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands – but if money were no object, the studio wouldn’t mind making a James Bond title.

That’s according to co-founder Kevin Bruner, who stated to OXM that, “I’m a giant James Bond fan and I’m always frustrated by games that make him a mass murderer. He’s a super-spy, and that’s a different skill-set. The films make him less of a mass murderer, and there’s not much killing in the books – more spying and intrigue.”

The developer is also interested in the idea of original IP, with CEO Dan Connors stating that it’s become “more and more attractive” in terms of creating accompanying comics and shows together with games.

“I think we’re looking more at ‘Can we engage some great storytelling mind to come in and work with us on something and make it not just a game franchise, but a full-on entertainment franchise with comics or a TV show and such and build it all together at once?’ We really see that as the next thing that’s gonna happen.”

Would you be interested in an original IP or even 007 being in a Telltale game? Let us know below.
