The Last Guardian Won’t be at E3, Still in “Full Development”

At least the game is still alive.

The Last Guardian

The Last Guardian hasn’t been cancelled – which is the good news – and in a recent interview by Geoff Keighley with Sony America’s boss Shawn Layden, he confirmed that the game was in “full development”, that too “unequivocally.”

However, it won’t be at E3 according to a source that spoke to VG247. So whatever big reveals that Sony may have in mind, The Last Guardian will not be one of them. At least there’s still Entwined to look forward to.

The fiasco began when IGN reported that The Last Guardian had been cancelled according to a source. Sony later came out to confirm this to be false – which leads us to think that The Last Guardian is alive but still in development limbo. Regardless, what are your thoughts on the game? Are you still interested in it even after all this time it’s taken to develop? Let us know in the comments below.
