The second mission pack for Alien: Isolation, which is the game’s second bit of DLC, is called Trauma, and it includes three new maps for Survival Mode, while also telling us the story of Dr. Lingard, the woman who appears to be the one responsible for bringing the Xenomorph to the ship in the first place, and is wrakced with guilt over it.

Speaking about playing as Lingard, developers Creative Assembly said, “Wanting to ensure that her research on the creature can never fall into the wrong hands, Lingard sets out to destroy all the data and do as much as she can to help the remaining survivors.”

Alien: Isolation was published by Sega and developed by Creative Assembly, who are otherwise best known for their work on the Total War series of strategy games. It was released on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information.
