Evolve

Turtle Rock Studios’ Evolve recently concluded its beta test on the Xbox One, with a limited technical test on the PC and PS4. The response was pretty overwhelming despite the beta running for a few days. The studio recently released a set of figures from the beta and concluded that 2.2 million games had been played in total.

Throughout these games, 51.5 percent saw the Hunters victorious while 48.5 percent saw the Monsters win. This overall balance was due to some of the matchmaking changes made (which you can read about in the above blog post). Of all the Hunters, the Assault class did the most damage. Overall average game time clocked in at 9.9 minutes, meaning players are getting very good at hunting and stalking their prey.

Evolve will be releasing this February on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Will you be picking it up? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
