After indulging in an action RPG, Dark Souls-esque experience with Lords of the Fallen, CI Games will be returning to its roots when it shows off Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 at E3 2015. The publisher confirmed the game’s showcase in June on its website.
Development for Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 was revealed in June and the game’s story will take place in modern day Eastern Europe. Players will find themselves caught in a war between three different factions, and it seems likely that you’ll have to pick a side at some point. The project is being handled by Sniper Elite v2’s senior producer.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is currently scheduled to release in 2016 during the first half for PC, Xbox One and PS4. It will be the first game in the franchise to be exclusive to current gen platforms.
