The Witcher 3 has, for the most part, enjoyed a rather smooth launch and is currently lounging in the heaps of praise that are being piled upon it alongside constant calls to make this the Game of The Year thus far. But despite this, there have been problems for gamers, though not always for the same reasons.

Nvidia have recently announced that they have “discovered a couple of issues” that are likely to affect PC gamers that are making use of Kepler GPUs. Following their announcement of this problem, it quickly became clear why Kepler GPU’s saw sub-par performance when it came to The Witcher 3.

Since then, they have said that there is a drive update in the works that will resolve the issue. Some gamers are criticising Nvidia for only realizing that there is something wrong despite complaints from gamers. Regardless of an under performing rig, it would be hard to deny The Witcher 3 the praise it’s received.
