So for anyone expecting a delay, well, it looks like you're wrong.

Persona 5’s release date remains one of the best kept secrets in gaming, but Atlus may have mistakenly tipped their hand a bit too early. Yesterday, a relaunched Atlus USA website launched, and along with it came brand new game pages for all their titles, including Persona 5. Where it gave us some idea of when to expect the game in North America.

The page said that Persona 5 launches on PS3 and PS4 in North America in Late 2016. Which sounds about right, given the previous information we have had. Atlus has since updated the page to remove that reference, and is now listing the game only for a 2015 release, but that more than anything else confirms the validity of the leak.

As for the game itself? Hey, we’ll probably know exactly when to expect it at E3 this year, possibly at Sony’s press conference. I’m excited for it, and you should be too. Stay tuned.
