Konami is taking care for the upcoming PC version of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain two months before its release. Online community manager Robert Peeler spoke on the Steam forums about the same and encouraged fans to contribute all their feedback into one thread so that it can be conveyed to the dev team.
“In a little over two months time we’ll have a PC version of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, something we’ve been working on, but while we’ve been doing our best, and reading what feedback you’ve given thus far…let’s do our best to funnel it all into this thread.
“Tell us please, so that we can convey it to the development team hard at work on the PC version, what FEATURES and OPTIONS you want for the PC version of MGSV: TPP.
Peeler did clarify that, “No guarantees they’ll all make it in, but this game is made for you, the fans of Metal Gear, who want an amazing experience on your home computer – so help us get you there.”
As for whether we’ll ever see the Master Collection ported from PS3 to PC, Peeler said, “I can’t make any promises about that. Right now we’re fully focused on releasing MGSV:TPP as the best it can be. The future…who knows.”
Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain releases on September 1st for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3. The PC version is out on September 15th.
