The Division

You know, in spite of the game’s protracted hype cycle, and all the allegations of graphical downgrades (and, well, the fact that it is a Ubisoft game, and Ubisoft games have failed to meet hype more often than not recently), it is hard to not be excited for The Division. I mean, the game just feels so ambitious, with such a massive and enormous scope- you have to give it props for what it is doing. It may be like what Destiny was always going to be, before it got downgraded, and released as a series of linear corridor missions.

So here’s a brand new gameplay clip for the game- gameplay shows off some alpha gameplay with various weather conditions, which look absolutely gorgeous, and add further to the dynamism of the game. Honestly, it feels pretty good- now we just need for the game to actually be out. Please note that an extended trailer is expected to be released today.

The Division launches next year for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
