The Elder Scrolls 6 or Skyrim 2: Bethesda Should Aim For A Bug Free Experience Unlike Skyrim

Just how close to that they can get is anyone's guess.

While there isn’t an official confirmation that there actually will be an Elder Scrolls 6 or Skyrim 2, we’ve been talking for a while about what Bethesda should do if they do indeed make this game. We’ve talked about how there should be a number of different regions included in the game, as well as different classes. One thing we’ve not touched a lot on is how the game should actually run. When you are talking about a game that we want to have as big a scope as possible, there are things a company can do and things it can’t.

One thing Bethesda should be aiming at rather hard is that there be as few glitches and bugs as humanly possible. In this day and age, a game being released completely free of bugs and glitches almost never comes along. We all understand there are going to be some problems that will need to be fixed after release. Still, Bethesda had some problems when it launched Skyrim that seemed to have been completely avoidable. At the very least, this new product should be ironed out so we don’t have those kind of annoying glitches.

The good news is Bethesda seems to have plenty of time. The company hasn’t even come close to talking about the next iteration in its long running series. That means they’ll be able to iron problems out before the official launch of the game. If they can do that for Elder Scrolls 6 or Skyrim 2, the game could be a console seller.

This article is part of our weekly series on Bethesda’s next big entry into the world of The Elder Scrolls. Through this series we take a look at the possible new features that Bethesda can add into the next The Elder Scrolls game, based on what they implemented in the previous entries and player feedback.
