Call of Duty Black Ops 3

Treyarch has announced a new patch for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, weighing in at 520 MB. There are no patch notes as of now with the developer stating on its Steam Community page that this update is for “bug fixes and performance improvements”. That’s kind of a bummer but expect the official patch notes to arrive shortly.

To its credit, Treyarch has been fairly busy fixing the game since launch. It’s improved spawns in Free for All and Gun Game with its previous update and worked to fix issues with stuttering on some systems. As it stands, there’s still plenty of work to be done as many users continue to report performance and latency issues.

What are your thoughts on the new PC patch, if you’ve already gotten your hands on it? Let us know in the comments below along with anything different you may have noticed.
