Final Fantasy 15 has shot to the top of the latest Famitsu charts when it comes to most anticipated games. In contrast, Persona 5 actually saw a bit of a dip in popularity compared to recent listings as it has now fallen to fourth on the list. When it comes to consistency, Kingdom Hearts 3 has the other two beat as it once again comes in at number seven on the list. Most of the last few Famitsu rankings have had the game sitting in that spot as well.

When last we looked at these particular rankings, Final Fantasy 15 was ranked third among the most anticipated games. It’s a safe bet the game has moved up the list in large part because we’re going to learn when the title’s actual launch date is next month. The dip in popularity for Persona 5 can likely be attributed to nothing other than something had to dip when the other game shot up the list.

When it comes to the rest of the top five, Dragon Quest 11 for the Nintendo 3DS is still one of the most popular games on the list and it is currently sitting in the second spot. The Final Fantasy 7 Remake for the PS4 is also incredibly popular as it is sitting in the third spot. That means that the Final Fantasy franchise is having a very good week. Finally, Dragon Quest 11 for the PS4 is sitting at fifth in the latest rankings.
