While Pokemon Sun and Moon won’t be at E3 this year – Nintendo confirmed it plans to show off only Zelda at the trade show next month – that isn’t stopping Nintendo and The Pokemon Company from drumming as much hype for the seventh major installment in the long running series as they can. In a recent tweet, Pokemon Japan confirmed that more information for Pokemon Sun and Moon will be shared in just a couple of weeks- to be precise, on June 2.
The last bit of major information for the games came a week ago, when Nintendo shared a brand new trailer, showing off the first gameplay footage from the game. Among other things, the region the game is set in, the starter Pokemon, and some functionality, such as trainer customization, were all shown off in that first trailer. With the second update, we can expect something at least on that level.
Pokemon Sun and Moon will launch exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS on November 18.
