Xur has returned to the Tower – er, the Reef in Bungie’s Destiny and he finally has some new stuff for sale. Well, one new Exotics and some ornaments at least. Find him in the Vestian Outpost where he will remain until September 25th, 2 AM PST.
For gear, there’s Twilight Garrison (Titan chest) and Celestial Nighthawk (Hunter helm), each for 13 Strange Coins. However, he also has Transversive Steps, the only Exotic Warlock boots in the game. Early reports based on data-mined info indicated faster crouch speed but we’ll have to try it out for ourselves to be sure.
Monte Carlo is the Exotic weapon this week and for an auto rifle at 17 Strange Coins, it’s pretty useful recharging one’s melee quickly. Ornaments to change the look of one’s guns include Superspy for Monte Carlo and Bureau of Aeronautics for the new Khvostov. These can be purchased with Silver Dust. Legacy Engrams are for gloves though whether that’s Year One, Year Two or both remains to be seen.
