After a week on the Public Test Realm, Blizzard Entertainment has released a massive new update for Overwatch that adds Sombra for all platforms. The update can be downloaded right now so get cracking.

Sombra is a stealth offense hero who can cloak herself to avoid detection while hacking enemies to disable their abilities momentarily. She also has the ability to travel long distances thanks to her translocator while also seeing enemies with 50 percent health through walls.

There’s a lot more to be had than just a new hero though. We also get Arcade, a suite of different modes like 1 v 1 and 3 v 3 duels, a playlist of Brawls, a “No Limits” mode where hero-stacking is allowed and a separate playlist for Mystery Heroes. Winning matches in Arcade will contribute to weekly Loot Box rewards.

If that weren’t enough, Blizzard has announced that season 2 of Competitive Play will end on November 23rd at 4 PM PDT and that season 3 would begin on November 30th at 4 PM PDT. Players can still queue for competitive matches using the same rule-set within the one week interval but it won’t affect your skill rating or award Competitive Points.
