Gravity Rush 2 Extended Gameplay Video Features Awesome Combat

Kat is in peak condition over 35 minutes.

Sony’s Gravity Rush 2 is looking more and more sumptuous with each passing day. The latest extended gameplay video showcases Kat and her gravity defying powers in a variety of situations.

Along with increasing gravity for plummeting to the Earth with tons of force, Kat can reduce gravity and float around. This has the added effect of increasing her speed and enabling moves like sliding on the ground.

The combat itself looks pretty good but it’s the additional missions – which allow you to float around large areas, collecting items before the timer runs out – that look all the more amazing.

Gravity Rush 2 is out on January 18th for PS4. It was originally meant to release in December 2016 but faced delays for additional polish. Story DLC focused on Raven, Kat’s partner in the sequel, will also be out in March for no extra cost. What are your thoughts on the gameplay? Let us know in the comments.
