Dark Souls 3

Bandai Namco have finally revealed the final expansion for Dark Souls 3The Ringed City which is out on March 28th for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Check out the first trailer below.

From Software’s second overall expansion for the action RPG sees players traveling to the “literal end of the world” in pursuit of the Slave Knight Gael who seeks the Dark Souls of Humanity. Things are fairly dire – the Age of Fire is coming to an end, “all lands converge upon themselves” and it’s hinted that your character is going nowhere sane in his quest.

Along with NPCs who have nearly gone insane, The Ringed City will include “ancient beasts”, new weapons, new armour and new magic. For its part, Bandai Namco is hyping up The Ringed City to be a place full of “new horrors”. Hopefully they’re more challenging the foes in Ashes of Ariandel.

Dark Souls 3’s expansions can be purchased for $25 with the season pass. Alternatively, you can buy The Ringed City alone for just $15. Will you be picking it up? Share your thoughts in the comments.
