Overwatch Maintenance Scheduled for 7 AM PDT, May 2nd

Maintenance will last for 2 hours.

Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch will be undergoing maintenance at 7 AM PDT on May 2nd, which will last till 9 AM PDT. The game will be unavailable during this time so if you’re going to rack up those Uprising loot boxes, you better do it now.

The Uprising PvE event ends on May 2nd but given the overall positive reception to it, one has to wonder if Blizzard will make it a permanent addition in the future (like Capture the Flag). In the meantime, Overwatch players can hop into Heroes of the Storm and try the Nexus Challenge for week 2. This will net them an Officer D.Va skin for use in Overwatch.

Future content is on the way for the game with director Jeff Kaplan confirming that three standard maps are in development. What do you hope to see from the team shooter in the coming months? Let us know in the comments below.
