Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will see its PvP mode Ghost War releasing very soon after its beta wrapped. The publisher noted that the 4v4 game mode will arrive on October 10th via a free update for all.

If you never played the beta for Ghost War, then it’s essentially Team Deathmatch with 10 minute rounds in a best of three format. There will be eight maps and 12 classes to choose from – with the final three being the Assassin, Diversionist and Sentinel as revealed in the newest trailer.

Ubisoft is promising more maps, modes and classes in the future. When those could arrive is unknown but it is cool to see the game being supported to this extent after launching in March.

Thus far, Ghost Recon Wildlands has received two paid DLC packs with Narco Road and Fallen Ghosts. Free updates include Seasons, Tier 1 mode and new missions, all of which reward items like cosmetics and new guns.
