Pillars of Eternity, Fallout: New Vegas Dev Teases Next Big Game

Something will be coming after Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire, according to Obsidian Entertainment.

Obsidian Entertainment has been quite busy, working on the crowd-funded Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire which will follow up on the smash hit original. However, several months ago, it was indicated that the developer – which had worked on Fallout: New Vegas and Neverwinter Nights 2 throughout its career – had something else coming.

It seems Obsidian is preparing to take the wraps of said something. In a recent update, the developer teased with a question mark. Let the speculation begin in earnest. The only thing we know is that this next project will be even bigger than Pillars of Eternity 2 as indicated by Obsidian CEO Feargus Urquhart back in August.

Could a new Fallout finally be on the way? Will Obsidian be working with Microsoft again despite the havoc the latter caused last time? There’s not much to currently go on on so stay tuned for more.
